Bertie manages the clinic to perfection, he makes everyone feel welcome and is so helpful with any information needed.

I was so nervous to get my lip filler as I’ve never had any filler before. When I initially got to the clinic I got greeted by Bertie who was very kind and explained the steps to me and numbed me before my procedure. Alex was also very kind and calm when he went through the procedure with me which made me feel very relaxed about the next steps.<br><br>It was such a pleasant experience and honestly very tolerable and not at all as painful as I thought expected after hearing other stories.<br><br>I would highly recommend The Alex Clinic and will definitely be back again in the future ! 😊
